Abstract:
A memory of a network device is divided into a plurality of first blocks. Each of the first blocks is divided into a plurality of second blocks and each of the second blocks comprises a first storage space and a second storage space. When a message is stored, a second block requiring occupation by the message is determined according to the length of the message and the length of the first storage space, and the message is stored in the first storage space of the determined second block. A PD corresponding to the second block is generated for each determined second block, and the PD is stored in the second storage space of the second block. When the message is loaded, a second block to be loaded is determined according to a start address of the message to be loaded, and message segments are loaded from the first storage space of the determined second block. A message is composed from the loaded message segments, and the composed message is transmitted.
