Abstract:
Disclosed is a message processing method and apparatus, applied to a network device. The method comprises: receiving a first message; after the first message successively passes basic detection, determining the number of second messages received in a preset duration, wherein message information of the second message is the same as first message information of the first message; determining whether the number of received second messages is greater than a preset number threshold; if so, eliminating a first table item in a fast forwarding table, wherein the first table item comprises second message information of the first message; and performing attack detection on the first message. Using the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application effectively reduces security risks existing in a network device.
