Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a message sending method and receiving method and apparatuses, the message sending method comprising: a network device receives a request message sent by a first on-board unit OBU, the request message being used for requesting a key of the first OBU to be updated; on the basis of location information of the first OBU carried in the request message and the coverage area for which at least one RSU is responsible, the network device determines a target RSU and sends an update message to the target RSU, the update message comprising a service ID of the target RSU and a vehicle service ID of the first OBU, the vehicle service ID of the first OBU being used by the target RSU for acquiring an updated key of the first OBU; in the present method, a target RSU near to an OBU is used for issuing the vehicle service ID of the OBU in order to determine at least one key associated with same to thereby implement the distributed update of keys, preventing the key from being deciphered and leaked, and increasing the security of encrypted communication.
