Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a message transmission method and apparatus, one method comprising: performing joint carrying of system messages by means of physical broadcast channels within a plurality of periods, and transmitting same to a terminal, the physical broadcast channels in each period respectively carrying some of the information of the system messages. The present application solves the technical problem in the prior art of the high transmission overheads caused by transmitting system messages in each period. (FIG. 1)
