Abstract:
Disclosed are a message transmitting method, a message receiving method, a device, and an apparatus applicable to an Internet of Vehicles. The message transmitting method comprises: a road side unit (RSU) determining, within a first time period, an average channel busy ratio (CBR) in a coverage region thereof, wherein in each of time units constituting the first time period, each CBR is the percentage of the total frequency domain units of the time unit accounted for by frequency domain units exceeding a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) threshold ; the RSU determining a first congestion level according to the average CBR and a correspondence relationship between the average CBR and a congestion level; determining, according to the first congestion level, a configuration parameter corresponding to the first congestion level; and broadcasting a first message, such that all terminal apparatuses within the coverage region of the RSU perform service transmission according to the configuration parameter after receiving the first message. The above arrangement enables a CBR to be reduced quickly, thereby solving the congestion problem.
