Abstract:
Provided are a metadata generation device, a metadata generation method, and a program that are capable of generating metadata more accurately indicating an input-output relationship of sensing devices. Each of the sensing devices is configured to generate an output value on the basis of an inputted physical amount. The metadata generation device is provided with: a probability density function generation unit; and a metadata generation unit. The probability density function generation unit is configured to generate a probability density function of the output value obtained when a specific physical amount is inputted to a sensing device. The metadata generation unit is configured to generate metadata on the basis of the probability density function.
