Abstract:

The present invention provides a metal-clad laminate, wherein a metal foil and a base are firmly bonded with each other, and which exhibits excellent electrical characteristics. This metal-clad laminate comprises a metal foil and a first resin layer that is provided on the metal foil, and is characterized in that the first resin layer is formed from an epoxy resin and a fluorine-containing polymer that has a curable functional group.
