This metal-clad laminate plate (11) is provided with an insulation layer (12) and a metal layer (13) on at least one surface of the insulation layer (12). The insulation layer (12) comprises at least three layers, a center layer (14), a first resin layer (15) on one side of the center layer (14) and a second resin layer (16) on the other surface of the center layer (14). The center layer (14), the first resin layer (15) and the second resin layer (16) each contain the cured product of a resin composition. The resin composition in the center layer (14) contains a thermosetting resin and is different from the resin composition in the first resin layer (15) and the second resin layer (16). The elasticity of the cured product of the resin composition contained in the center layer (14) is lower than that of the cured product of the resin composition contained in the first resin layer (15) and lower than that of the cured product of the resin composition contained in the second resin layer (16).
