Abstract:
The present invention provides technology for minimizing deformation of a long metal cloth during the conveyance thereof. A metal cloth conveyance device (2) conveys a sheet-like metal cloth along a predetermined conveyance path, said metal cloth being formed by weaving a plurality of metal wires (9). The metal cloth conveyance device (2) comprises a first correction mechanism (24a) for correcting the shape of the metal cloth (9) on the conveyance path. The first correction mechanism (24a) is provided with: a one main surface-facing section (31) that extends along the conveyance path and that comprises a one main surface-facing surface (31S) facing one main surface (91S) of the metal cloth (9); and an other main surface-facing section (32) that extends along the conveyance path and that comprises an other main surface-facing surface (32S) facing the other main surface (92S) of the metal cloth (9).
