Abstract:
A metal corrosion inhibitor for cooling water, said metal corrosion inhibitor comprising phosphono tartaric acid, a phosphoric acid compound other than the phosphono tartaric acid which is capable of inhibiting an anodic reaction causing metal corrosion, and a zinc compound, wherein the content of the phosphono tartaric acid is 35 mass% or more in terms of PO4 relative to the sum of the phosphono tartaric acid and the phosphoric acid compound other than the phosphono tartaric acid which is capable of inhibiting an anodic reaction causing metal corrosion.
