Abstract:
The invention discloses a metal cutting fluid. The metal cutting fluid is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 29-37 parts of orthophosphoric acid, 22-27 parts of zinc phosphate, 26-41 parts of urotropine, 42-47 parts of ethyl cellulose, 35-41 parts of calcium stearate, 33-46 parts of perchloro-ethylene resin, 21-26 parts of thiomersalate and 20-24 parts of water. The cutting fluid disclosed by the invention is used for cutting metals and products thereof, particularly is effective to cutting of steel, and has obvious functions.
