Abstract:
This metal die (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed by additive manufacturing. The metal die has a thermal medium channel (10) which is provided inside the metal die and through which a thermal medium flows, a medium intake port (4) through which the thermal medium is introduced into the metal die, and a medium discharge port (5) through which the thermal medium is discharged to the exterior of the metal die. The thermal medium channel has a three-dimensional honeycomb shape.
