Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of metal heating materials, and in particular to a metal heating film, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. According to the present application, at least one element of Ru, Pt, and Pd is introduced into nickel-chromium alloy or nickel metal and forms alloy with the nickel-chromium alloy or the nickel metal, such that the e-liquid high-temperature corrosion resistance of an obtained metal heating film is improved, and the content of elements such as Ni and Cr in vapor is reduced. In addition, after Ru, Pt, and Pd elements are introduced, said elements can form the alloy with the elements such as Ni and Cr, such that a fluxing effect is achieved, the heating film is sintered more compactly, the capacity of resisting cold and hot impact of e-liquid is higher, and the heating film is not prone to losing efficacy due to cracking in a vaping process. Meanwhile, said elements have a modification effect on a surface microstructure of the heating film, various components in the e-liquid can be atomized in a more coordinated manner, and the taste consistency is better.
