Title:
METAL HYDRIDE FINE PARTICLE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, LIQUID DISPERSION CONTAINING METAL HYDRIDE FINE PARTICLE, AND METALLIC MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/110925
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Fine particles of a hydride of copper, nickel or palladium having an average particle diameter of 50 nm or less are disclosed which are hardly oxidized even in the atmosphere, excellent in shelf life stability, and most suitable for forming a metallic material. A method for producing such metal hydride fine particles is also disclosed. Further disclosed are a liquid dispersion containing fine particles of a hydride of copper, nickel or palladium with excellent shelf life stability and a metallic material obtained by applying and firing such a liquid dispersion. The fine particles of a hydride of copper, nickel or palladium and the liquid dispersion thereof can be applied to various uses. For example, the liquid dispersion can be used for forming/restoring a print wiring, for forming an interconnect within a semiconductor package, and for joining a printed wiring board with an electronic component.
