Abstract:
A metal mask plate, comprising a metal frame (10) and a first metal mask plate sheet (20) and a second metal mask plate sheet (30) fixed to the metal frame (10); when the metal mask plate is applied to an evaporation process, firstly using the second metal mask plate sheet (30) to fabricate a first OLED screen (51), and removing the second metal mask plate sheet from the metal frame (10) after the second metal mask plate sheet (30) has been used for a period of time and is no longer in use, and using the first metal mask plate sheet (20) to fabricate a second OLED screen (52). Since the metal mask plate can be used to fabricate two kinds of OLED screens (51, 52) one after the other, it can cope with the needs of an OLED panel factory to continuously develop two new OLED screens (51, 52), and reduce the impact from metal mask plate delivery time on the development speed of the OLED screens, and can also reduce the purchase cost of metal mask plates.
