Abstract:
Provided is a metal mask having a perforated region, a surrounding region, and an alignment region. The surrounding region is a region surrounding the perforated region and comprises a non-perforated surface. The alignment region is a region that is surrounded by the perforated region and comprises a non-perforated surface and an alignment mark. The perforated region comprises a plurality of through holes and a plurality of ridges, wherein the heights of the ridges in the cross-section passing through a predetermined straight line L1 have a predetermined relationship.
