Abstract:
A metal-material heat insulation device (110a), comprising a box body (10a) and an upper cover (20a). The box body (10a) comprises an inner container (11a) for containing a metal material, a housing (12a), and a vacuum cavity (13a). The upper cover (20a) comprises an outer cover (21a), an inner cover (22a), and an upper cover hollow channel (23a) formed between the outer cover (21a) and the inner cover (22a). The upper cover (20a) is in sealed connection with the box body (10a), so as to form a first sealing space for receiving the metal material and a second sealing space annularly provided at the periphery of the first sealing space, improving the heat insulation property for the metal material contained in the first sealing space. A heat insulation method using a heat insulation device as described comprises: adjusting the temperature-lowering rate of the metal material by controlling/adjusting the vacuum degree in the second sealing space, thereby improving the mechanical property of the metal material; dividing a vacuum cavity into several small vacuum cavities, and assembling according to needs, thereby reducing the labor intensity for installation of a vacuum heat insulation layer; and adjusting the cooling rate of a molten metal contained in the first sealing space by controlling/adjusting a cooling medium in the second sealing space, thereby improving the metal ingot quality.
