Abstract:
Provided is a precoated plate for digital printing, comprising a substrate and a topcoat arranged on the substrate, wherein the substrate is a metal plate. The coating used in the topcoat comprises 48%-52% of a polyester resin, 1%-3% of a solvent oil, 1%-3% of DBE, 0.3%-0.5% of a wetting dispersant, 30%-34% of titanium dioxide, 1%-3% of a propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 8%-10% of a cross-linked resin, 1%-3% of a polyethylene wax, 0.5%-1% of a levelling agent, 0.5%-1% of a catalyst, and 1%-1.5% of a functional adjuvant. The functional adjuvant is one or more of an acrylic acid modified polyester, 2-butoxyethanol, and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether. Provided is a metal material which can be plate-printed and processed on the basis of digital printing in combination with a photocuring coating treatment on a surface. The metal material comprises the precoated plate and an ink layer formed on the topcoat of the precoated plate. A protective coating can be further arranged on the ink layer, and the protective coating uses a UV coating. Provided is a metal material having a high gloss, a high hardness and being easy to scrub and scrub-resistant. The metal material comprises the precoated plate and a protective coating arranged on the topcoat of the precoated plate. The protective coating uses a UV curable coating.
