Abstract:
Provided is a metal member, such as a nanopillar or nanorod, having a high aspect ratio. Also provided is a method for producing the same. By means of the production method, a metal is packed at an aspect ratio of 5 or greater inside the pores of a positive electrode oxide film having a degree of ordering of 70% or greater, and the product is then baked at a temperature of between 300 and 1,000°C in an inert gas atmosphere or a vacuum to obtain a metal member, such as a nanopillar or nanorod, having improved crystallinity and a high aspect ratio.
