Abstract:
A metal mold casting device making easier those operations such as the setting of
cores, cleaning of the metal molds, and the removal of products by a worker in a
casting facility where the large number of metal mold casting devices (4, 4) having
metal mold opening/closing mechanisms (3) for opening and closing metal molds
(2) are installed on the upper surface of a turn table (1) installed rotatably in
a horizontal plane so as to be positioned along the peripheral edge of the turn table
(1). A ladle (9) for pouring a molten metal into the metal mold (2) is disposed between
the outer position of the turn table (1) and the rotating center position of the
turn table (1) longitudinally movably above the metal mold opening and closing
mechanism (4). The ladle (9) is characterized in that it is moved to the outer position
of the turn table (1) when pouring the molten metal into the metal mold (2) and to
the rotating center position of the turn table (1) when performing those operations
such as taking out a casting from the metal mold (1).
