Abstract:
A process of preparing metal nanometer iron powder for magnetorheolodical technology includes the following steps: producing nanometer iron powder particles by incision preparing technique under temperature of - 5 to 20 centigrade with high frequency incision time set at 5000 to 6000 times per minute, a powder material with particle distribution of D3 = 40 nm, D25 = 45 nm, D50 = 60 nm, D75 = 652 nm and D97 = 75nm is separated, the surface of the separated iron powder particle is polished by coating an anti-oxidation layer using nitrogen and hydrogen coating method. The metal iron powder according to the invention solves the problems existing in magnetorheolodical technology with its shape changing.
