Abstract:
The invention relates to metal-nanoparticle-arrays and to methods for producing metal-nanoparticle-arrays in which the metal-nanoparticle size and the interparticular distance between the metal-nanoparticles can be adjusted. Said aim is achieved due to a method for producing metal-nanoparticle arrays, such that a colloidal dispersion of micro phases is deposited by convection as a dense monolayer on a substrate, the deposited monolayer is coated with at least one thinly deposited metal-nanoparticle layer by means of a physical deposition method, and the microphases coated with the at least one metal-nanoparticle layer, which are deposited on the substrate as a monolayer, are removed by means of thermal decomposition.
