Abstract:
Disclosed are metal nanoparticles which have a nano-sized average particle diameter, while being highly stable as particles. Also disclosed is a method for producing such metal nanoparticles. Particularly disclosed are metal nanoparticles having characteristics such as particle size and particle size distribution suitable for forming a conductive coating layer, and a method for producing such metal nanoparticles. The metal nanoparticles are characterized in that they are obtained by having a reducing agent act on a solution containing an organic acid metal salt and an amine.
