Abstract:
This metal oxide identification method is provided with an identification step for comparing the analysis results of a reference sample analysis step and the analysis results of a measurement sample analysis step. In the identification step, the identification of a measurement sample in relation to a reference sample is carried out using a coincidence coefficient obtained by multiplying (A) the coincidence of the band gap of the reference sample and the band gap of the measurement sample by (B) the coincidence of the total electron trap density of the reference sample and the total electron trap density of the measurement sample and/or (C) the coincidence of the energy distribution of the electron trap density of the reference sample and the energy distribution of the electron trap density of the measurement sample.
