Abstract:
A metal pipe cleaning liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of phosphoric acid, 3-4 parts of secondary alkanol sulfate, 2-3 parts of fluorosilicic acid, 5-8 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1-2 parts of fatty alcohol-propylene oxide polyether, 2-3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10-15 parts of diethylene triamine, 8-10 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 20-30 parts of degreaser, 2-3 parts of chelating agent, and 50-60 parts of deionized water; the sum of the addition proportions of the phosphoric acid, the secondary alkanol sulfate, the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, and the fluorosilicic acid is 10-15% of the total parts by weight; the sum of the addition proportions of the fatty alcohol-propylene oxide polyether and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is 3-4% of the total parts by weight. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the cleaning liquid.
