Abstract:
A metal pipe is provided with a plurality of protruding sections which have a plurality of different heights, extend in an axial direction and are arranged in a circumference direction on an inner circumference plane. Even when a streak structure and a scale of a hairpin vortex change due to a change of Reynolds number, the streak and the hairpin vortex match with one of the protruding sections. Therefore, liquid friction can be reduced within a wide range of Reynolds number.
