Abstract:
The invention relates to a metal-plastic composite component having a conductor comb for equipping with at least one electronic component. The at least one electronic component has at least one SMD component with stratiform electrical contacts, and the conductor comb has at least two electrically conductive supporting strips each having at least one peninsular contact surface for mechanically fastening and electrically contacting one of the stratiform electrical contacts of the SMD component. The inventive metal-plastic composite component also comprises a plastic injection molded part, with which at least the SMD component and, in part, the conductor comb are encapsulated. In the area of the peninsular contact surfaces, at least one supporting element is arranged on these peninsular contact surfaces and joined to the conductor comb in a mechanically fixed manner so that the supporting element rises above the peninsular contact surfaces, and the supporting element is only partially covered by the plastic injection molded part. The invention also relates to appropriate methods for producing a metal-plastic composite component.
