A brake disc (20) comprising a metal plate molded object and equipped with an inside member (31) formed from a metal plate and an outside member (32) formed from a metal plate and fitted to the outside of the inside member, wherein a friction reduction surface (30) in mutual pressing contact with the inside member (31) and the outside member (32) is formed at the fitting surfaces of the inside member and the outside member. The brake disc is further equipped with: a hub section (22) having multiple attachment holes (29) into which attachment bolts for attaching to a wheel are inserted; and an annular sliding section (21) having a sliding surface (21a) against which a brake pad BP can be press-fitted. The friction reduction surface (30) is provided so as to surround the attachment holes (29) individually or collectively, and the inside member (31) and the outside member (32) are formed respectively on the inside and the outside of the friction reduction surface (30).
