Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a metal powder with which it is possible to speed up the formation of layered bodies and form additively manufactured objects with excellent shape accuracy and flatness, and providing a powder-sintered additively manufactured object using the same and a manufacturing method for the same. This metal powder is used in a powder-sintering additive manufacturing method comprising steps of selectively irradiating a thin layer of a plurality of metal powders with laser light to sinter or melt bond the metal powders, thereby forming a shaped layer, and layering shaped layers to form a three-dimensional additively manufactured object. The metal power is characterized in that a flux having an average thickness of 5-30 nm is coated on the surface of metal particles having a number average particle diameter of 5-100 µm.
