Abstract:
Provided are a metal-resin joined body for which sufficient joining strength can be stably maintained for a long period of time, and a production method therefor. The metal-resin joined body is formed by joining into a single body a resin material and a composite layered body comprising a metal base material and one layer or a plurality of layers of a resin coating layer layered on the surface of the metal base material. The resin coating layer is layered on the surface of the metal base material that has been surface processed. At least one layer of the resin coating layer comprises a resin composition containing a linear polymer having a linear polymer structure formed by polymerization on the metal base material. The joining strength between the composite layered body and the resin material satisfies condition 1. The adhesive force between the metal base material and the resin coating layer satisfies condition 2. (Condition 1) After the composite layered body and the resin material have been joined into a single body, and held for 24 to 48 hours under ordinary temperature and ordinary humidity, the value evaluated by tensile shear test in accordance with the resin-metal joining properties evaluation test method of ISO19095, is 10 MPa or greater. (Condition 2) After the composite layered body has been produced and held for 24 to 48 hours under ordinary temperature and ordinary humidity, and, after the composite layered body has been produced and immersed for 24 hours in warm water at 60°C, the values evaluated in accordance with the cross-cut method of JIS K5600_5_6, are both 0.
