Abstract:
A metal sliding member, comprising: a metal substrate layer (103), a first surface layer (101) located above the metal substrate layer (103), and a second surface layer (102) located between the first surface layer (101) and the metal substrate layer (103), wherein the first surface layer (101) is made from a material having a low friction coefficient or/and high wear resistance; the material of the second surface layer (102) comprises an element which is the same as that of the material of the first surface layer (101); and the element is selected from any one or more of sulfur, carbon, nitrogen, and fluorine. The first surface layer has the characteristics of low friction coefficient and high wear resistance, and is not liable to fall off.
