Abstract:
A metal soft magnetic powder coated with insulation and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing a metal soft magnetic powder with an insulating agent and a solvent, and removing the solvent to obtain a pre-coated powder; and (2) heat-treating the pre-coated powder obtained in the step (1) with high temperature to obtain the metal soft magnetic powder coated with insulation. According to the provided preparation method, the surface of the metal soft magnetic powder is coated with a uniform and dense organic insulating layer, thereby effectively improving the fluidity of the metal soft magnetic powder; and the fluidity of the provided metal soft magnetic powder coated with insulation can reach 35s/50g or below.
