Abstract:
A metal soft magnetic powder core resistant to high temperature heat treatment, made of metal soft magnetic powder and silicone resin, the mass ratio of the metal soft magnetic powder to the silicone resin being 0.5-5: 100. The present metal soft magnetic core undergoes high-temperature heat treatment in a non-oxidising gas atmosphere, so that the internal stress is fully released and hysteresis loss is reduced; and the coating layer is unbroken, maintaining integrity and having good insulation effects. The complete, crack-free, and uniform thickness coating layer increases high temperature resistance, facilitating high temperature annealing of the metal soft magnetic core, the core loss being reduced by 50mW/cm3.
