Abstract:
The present invention relates to metal sulfide nanoparticles and a preparation method therefor. The metal sulfide nanoparticles are formed by thermal decomposition of a metal thiocyanate in an organic solvent at 100-400°C, and thus the size and the shape of the metal sulfide nanoparticles can be controlled and a large quantity of the metal sulfide nanoparticles having uniform size and shape can be obtained.
