Abstract:
Provided is a metal support which is mainly used in a metal support-type SOFC, wherein smooth flow of gas into or out of through-holes is ensured to achieve an SOFC system having improved power generation efficiency. A metal support (1) is formed in a generally plate-like shape and comprises a plurality of through-holes (2) penetrating therethrough from an upper surface (1a) having an electrode layer (A) to a back surface (1b), the through-holes (2) including inclined through-holes (2A, 2B) having an inclined central axis with respect to the thickness direction.
