Abstract:
A metal USB case and manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising: machining a strip mesh (100) on a metal strip (10), extending out material in the strip mesh (100) along a perpendicular direction of the material to form a first tube section (11) and along a perpendicular direction of the material to form a second tube section (12), and a first curved transition section (13) connected between the second tube section (12) and the first tube section (11), wherein, when viewing along the perpendicular direction, a sectional dimension of the second tube section (12) is greater than a sectional dimension of the first tube section (11), and a sectional dimension of the first curved transitional section (13) gradually increases in a direction from the first tube section (11) to the second tube section (12); punching out a hole (102) at a sealed end (110) of the first tube section (11) away from the second tube section (12); cutting away an excess portion of the second tube section (12) and the strip mesh (100), so as to form a seamless metal USB case, improving case hardness.
