Abstract:
Provided is a metallic member connecting structure capable of strongly and accurately connecting metallic members.
Disclosed is a metallic member connecting structure for connecting a metallic first member (11) and a metallic second member (12), which have different hardnesses, respectively. A shaft end portion (14) of the first member (11) is inserted, by means of loose fitting, into a shaft hole (20) having a step (21), said shaft hole being provided in the second member (12), until the shaft end portion is in contact with the step (21), the shaft end portion (14) of the first member (11) is pressed to the step (21), and a member having a lower hardness out of the first member (11) and the second member (12) is plastically flowed in the shaft hole (20), thereby increasing a frictional force between the shaft hole (20) and the shaft end portion (14), and connecting the first member (11) and the second member (12) to each other.
