Abstract:
A metamaterial spunbond cloth, comprising at least one single-layer fiber spunbond layer, the single-layer fiber spunbond layer comprising metamaterial fibers (10), and the metamaterial fibers (10) being interwoven and superimposed to form pores, wherein the pores having a diameter of 100 to 3000 nm are reflective pores (30), the total volume of the reflective pores (30) accounts for 10% to 90% of the volume of the spunbond cloth, and the metamaterial fibers (10) are formed from a composite material comprising a polymer base material (11) and micro-nano particles (12). A method for preparing the metamaterial spunbond cloth is also related to: the metamaterial fibers (10) are interwoven and arranged with each other, and the micro-nano particles (12) inside the fibers are randomly arranged to form a spunbond cloth which has metamaterial properties. On the basis of the foregoing photonics design, ultra-broadband optical responses of 0.3 to 2.5 μm and 8 to 13 μm are generated, so as to guide and manipulate solar radiation and human infrared thermal radiation, and photothermal regulation is carried out for the micro-environment temperature of cloth and human skin to implement efficient thermal management.
