Abstract:
A metering pump capable of intelligently and digitally adjusting a flow, and a working method thereof. The metering pump comprises a metering pump body, a servo motor (15), a servo motor controller (11), a PLC (12) and a display screen (13). The metering pump body comprises a pump box body (4) and a pump head (2), and the pump box body (4) is internally provided with a connection rod (9), an eccentric mechanism (5), a worm gear (6) and a worm (8), wherein the worm (8) meshes with the worm gear (6), the worm gear (6) is mounted on the eccentric mechanism (5), the eccentric mechanism (5) is hinged to one end of the connection rod (9), and the other end of the connection rod (9) is connected to the pump head (2) by means of a plunger (10); and the top end of the worm (8) extends out of the pump box body (4) to be in transmission connection with an output shaft of the servo motor (15), and the servo motor (15) is sequentially connected to the servo motor controller (11), the PLC (12) and the display screen (13). The working method of the metering pump comprises: operating by means of the servo motor controller (11) according to an internal program of the PLC (12); the servo motor controller (11) inputting, into a servo motor (15), a pulse signal for controlling a rotation speed; and the servo motor (15) working according to a received pulse signal frequency, wherein the rotation speed is high if the frequency is high, and the rotation speed is low if the frequency is low, such that the intelligent control and adjustment of a flow by the metering pump are truly realized.
