Abstract:
A metformin hydrochloride synthesis system and a preparation method therefor, the synthesis system comprising a reaction apparatus (20), the reaction apparatus (20) being provided with a feed opening and a reactant discharge opening, and being used for employing a melting method to synthesise metformin hydrochloride, a spiral discharge component being arranged inside the reaction apparatus, and the spiral discharge component being able to discharge reactants from the reactant discharge opening by means of a spiral extrusion method, thereby solving the problems of the high stirring resistance of solid substances and being unable to implement stirring.
