Abstract:
Provided are: a (meth)acrylic resin composition which includes a (meth)acrylic resin, and a compound represented by general formula (1); a film formed using this (meth)acrylic resin composition; a polarization plate provided with said film; and a liquid crystal display. In general formula (1): R1-R8 each independently represent hydrogen, a halogen, a hydroxyl group, or a C1-12 hydrocarbon group; X represents a C4-20 divalent alicyclic group; and the alicyclic group represented by X may have at least one substituent selected from the halogens, C1-12 aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, and C6-15 aromatic hydrocarbon groups.
