Abstract:
Provided are: a methacrylic resin having a cyclic structure as a main chain, characterised in that the glass transition temperature is more than 120°C and less than or equal to 160°C, and the sign of orientation birefringence during orientation such that the degree of orientation is 0.03 and the sign of orientation birefringence during orientation such that the degree of orientation is 0.08 are different; a moulded article; and an optical component or automotive component.
