Abstract:
This methanation reaction catalyst is used for the purpose of methanizing CO and/or CO2 through a reaction with hydrogen, and comprises a stabilized zirconia carrier, which has a tetragonal and/or a cubic crystal structure and in which a stabilizing element is solid-solved, and Ni that is supported by the stabilized zirconia carrier. The stabilizing element is at least one transition element selected from the group consisting of Mn, Fe and Co.
