Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical engineering, and relates to a methanol to propylene process method and reaction system. The method comprises: in a multi-bed vertical fixed bed reactor which is provided with internal heat exchange tubes and material distribution tubes and has a temperature range of 150-700°C and a weight hourly space velocity of 1-20 h-1, by using a phosphorus and nickel-containing MFI structure molecular sieve catalyst having a stepped pore channel configuration and a low silica-alumina ratio, dehydrating methanol into dimethyl ether and further converting same into low-carbon olefin; carrying out condensation separation, oil-water-gas three-phase separation, drying, and cryogenic separation on a product to obtain propylene and ethylene; returning the unconverted methanol and dimethyl ether, obtained by separation, in the water phase and byproducts C4, C5-C7 hydrocarbon to the reactor to continue the reaction; and after the reaction, regenerating carbon-deposited catalyst beds by using hot air. Therefore, byproduct circulation and heat balance utilization are realized, the activity, selectivity, and stability are improved, the regeneration period is prolonged, and the process is more environmentally friendly.
