Abstract:
Provided is a method for 3D printing a dual-color stuffed pastry by means of concentrated fruit pulps. Two ingredients are fully mixed respectively, the ingredients are made homogeneous respectively, the temperature thereof is maintained, and then the ingredients are cooled and loaded; next, 3D printing is carried out by means of a dual-printing head printer according to a pre-prepared 3D printing model for dual-color stuffing. Said method uses the dual printing head for 3D printing and may use a material to print out stuffing effects of different spatial shapes and quantities, thus enabling food products to have rich taste and a visual effect.
