Abstract:
A method for accelerating depositing-condensing-dewatering of sludge (2) by means of vibration is disclosed. A vibration source (4) is installed in sludge (2) to be deposited-condensed-dewatered, in such a way that the sludge is vibrated by the vibration source (4). Under the action of the vibration force and the gravitation or the vibration force and the press force, the stabilization of the mixture of sludge and water is destroyed to improve separating the sludge and the water and to accelerate depositing-condensing-dewatering of sludge (2).
