Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the additive manufacturing of a component, comprising the following steps: a) additive application and solidification of a raw material layer on a base body (4, 30, 44, 64, 76), wherein - the material of the base body (4, 30, 44, 64, 76) is locally melted to a molten bath at a melting location on a first base body connecting surface (8, 34, 50, 66) and subsequently a powdered raw material (6) is led to the molten bath, and/or - the powdered raw material (6) is liquefied to raw material (6) droplets and is led to a solid first base body connecting surface (8, 34, 50, 66). The invention further relates to a method for the additive manufacturing of a component (28, 32, 56, 74), at least one cavity (12) being integrated into the base body (4, 30, 44, 64, 76) by additive build-up and/or being introduced into it by subsequent machining of the base body (4, 30, 44, 64, 76) and a first pre-manufactured insert (16) being arranged in the at least one cavity (12). The invention also relates to a method for the additive manufacturing of a component (28, 32, 56, 74) with the steps of tilting the base body (4, 30, 44, 64, 76) by tilting the workpiece holder (2) and/or tilting a machining head (60, 70, 84, 88) and arranging a second raw material layer. The invention also relates to a machine for carrying out the method.
