Abstract:
A method for adjusting a pressure sensor in which adjustment of a diaphragm and an amplifier circuit connected with the diaphragm is simplified. A flexible circuit board (30) having an amplifier circuit mounted thereon is connected to a diaphragm member (20) in which adjusting resistors for compensating the gauge resistance, offset, span and temperature are formed in the diaphragm portion, and the adjusting resistors formed in the diaphragm member (20) are adjusted in the connected state. The adjustment of the diaphragm member (20) including the amplifier circuit absorbs the misadjustment of the amplifier circuit, so that only one adjustment of the entire pressure sensor has to be done. The manufacturing cost can be lowered by thus simplifying the adjustment.
