Disclosed are a method for adjusting a transmission power of a terminal, a mobile terminal and a storage device, relating to the technical field of mobile terminals. The present invention provides a method for adjusting a transmission power of a terminal. The method comprises: connecting an access point of a wireless network; acquiring connection state information of a terminal connecting to the access point; calculating a connection evaluation score according to the connection state information; acquiring a screen state of the terminal, and setting a connection score threshold according to the screen state; comparing the connection evaluation score to the connection score threshold; and if the connection evaluation score is greater than the connection score threshold, then reducing a wireless network transmission power of the terminal. The method of the present invention can enable a user to prolong the time of access to the Internet using a wireless network of a mobile terminal in the case of limited electric quantity.
