Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a method for separating propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene from a mixed gas, the method comprising the following steps: using a metal organic framework material as an adsorbent, and separating and obtaining each single-component gas from a mixed gas containing propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene; the structural general formula of the metal organic framework material is [M(C4O4)(H2O}]·1.5H2O, and in the formula, M is a metal ion, and a three-dimensional network structure is formed by transition metal ions or alkaline earth metal ions and squaric acid by means of coordinate bonds or intermolecular forces. The metal organic framework material of the present invention has excellent adsorption separation selectivity for propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene. The raw materials for synthesizing the described material are cheap and easy to obtain, the material preparation process is simple, and costs are low; moreover, the material has good performance in regeneration and repeatability, the original adsorption effect may be maintained after undergoing vacuum or heat regeneration, and prospects in industrial application are broad.
